Kevin Green

As a Colorado native and growing up in Aurora, Kevin knows the Denver metropolitan area. He is an experienced Real Estate Professional, with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry; skilled in Seller Representation SRS, Short Sale Foreclosure SFR®, Construction and Probate.

After graduating high school, Kevin served in the United States Army as a combat medic. He then understood the importance of his education and pursued a degree in Exercise Science. He worked in construction as a laborer to pay for school. This is where he learned workmanship in many areas of construction. 

Upon graduation from Towson University in Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kevin returned back to Colorado and began his career as an educator. As an educator, he learned the importance of listening. Listening to his student’s needs and the needs of the community to support our young learners allowed him to have a better understanding of the neighborhoods his students lived in. Kevin wanted to have a bigger impact on his students so he continued his education by obtaining a Master's Degree focused on education from the University of Denver. This enabled him to become an administrator where-as, the Dean of Students and Athletic Director, he was able to be catalyst for student achievement.

With over twenty-five combined years of education and construction experience, Kevin has the knowledge and expertise to educate clients and to help them identify installation, workmanship and material imperfections that most real estate agents might miss, which is his underlying niche in real estate.

Kevin enjoys educating the community on buying, selling, leasing, and exchanging real estate. He will give you the information you need to purchase your property with confidence and allow you to maintain a peace of mind with your real estate investment.
