My name is Katia Nunez I am from Mexico and grew up in Northern Colorado in the town of Greeley where I acquired my bachelor’s degree in business Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado where I established connections & long lasting friendships. After graduation I started my career in public service as a state government employee. I am a people person and have always been passionate in helping others. I enjoy assisting the beautiful people of Colorado and showing them the services the state has to offer.
I decided to pursue my entrepreneurial career in real estate after seeing my family purchase their homes & while being in the process of purchasing my first home. As an immigrant and bilingual I want to help others that have the language barrier pursue their real estate goals by assisting them with my knowledge & education.
Some of my hobbies are spending time with my loved ones. I am a foodie & enjoy trying out new restaurants. I enjoy working out & being outdoors. I also love traveling and learning about different cultures.
