Cesar Reyes is the Founder and Owner of Megastar Realty, a leading real estate brokerage serving the Denver Metro area since 2004. Shortly after graduating from high school, Cesar made the decision to pursue a career in real estate and quickly developed a passion for helping clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

After beginning his career with several smaller real estate firms, Cesar joined a top-producing local RE/MAX office at just 20 years old, where he rapidly built a strong reputation as a knowledgeable, hardworking, and results-driven Realtor. Following four successful years at RE/MAX, he took the entrepreneurial leap and founded Megastar Realty, where he has continued to lead and grow the company into one of the top-producing brokerages in the Denver Metro area.

With more than 28 years of real estate experience, Cesar Reyes has built lasting relationships with clients, investors, families, business owners, community leaders, and hundreds of real estate professionals throughout Colorado. His strong network, extensive market knowledge, and commitment to exceptional service have made him one of the most respected Realtors in the market.

Throughout his career, Cesar has successfully represented first-time home buyers, sellers, investors, flippers, developers, and commercial clients in a wide variety of transactions. He prides himself on being an experienced negotiator who takes the time to educate his clients thoroughly, allowing them to make confident and informed real estate decisions.

Over the years, Cesar and Megastar Realty have received numerous awards and recognitions for outstanding production and leadership in the real estate industry, including:

• In 2017, Megastar Realty received the Excellence Award from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors for the most closed sides in the 1–5 agent office category.
• In 2020, Cesar Reyes and his team were nationally recognized by National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), ranking #34 in the United States for total closed units and #36 for sales volume.
• In 2024, Megastar Realty was recognized by DMAR as the #2 producing office in units sold for the 11–30 agent office category for 2023 production.
• In 2026, Cesar earned the prestigious Diamond Club Award from DMAR for exceptional individual sales production during 2025.

Today, Megastar Realty has grown to more than 110 licensed agents and consistently ranks among the top 25 brokerages in the Denver Metro area for units sold, regardless of office size. In 2026, Cesar transitioned from his role as Managing and Employing Broker by promoting one of the company’s top-producing agents into leadership, allowing him to focus more of his energy on serving clients and expanding his business ventures.

While Cesar continues to work with first-time home buyers, investors, and fix-and-flip clients, he has become especially well known for specializing in probate, divorce, foreclosure, and distressed property listings. He also assists entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners with the acquisition, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate throughout Colorado.

Outside of real estate, Cesar enjoys cooking, reading, sports, fitness, and spending quality time with his family. He is passionate about the Colorado lifestyle and appreciates the state’s vibrant communities, outdoor activities, and opportunities for growth. Cesar also supports several local charitable organizations and believes strongly in giving back to the community.
